© Minimum of two prenatal visits. Where we come together and find what is important to you to give you confidence to give birth the way you are wishing. We work on positioning, comfort measures and emotional support
© Free use of my extensive lending library of books and DVD’s
© Free access to use my Kaya Birth stool
© Continuous emotional, physical & informational support throughout your labor and birth advocating for you and your birth wishes.
© Supporting you up to two hours postpartum until you are stable and snuggling with your precious baby
© Two post partum visits. One the day after delivery. One closing visit about a week to ten days after delivery.
© Practical Breastfeeding help in the birth room and in the first days or weeks after delivery
